Summer Vacation

We visited Utah July 17-31.



Capitol Reef National Park - Joey doing a flip off cliff into a very muddy waterfall.



Songer Family - after doing sealings for my grandpa Songer and relatives in the Ogden Temple.




Four Wheeling at the Hale Family Ranch in Grover, Utah.


My nieces at Bear Lake: Ani, Rachel, Megan, Alicia, Lissa and Gracie. (Gracie is the one with attitude) :-)



My sister Sarah getting REALLY excited about one of my gifts to her.... yep that's right - BARBIE CEREAL! (and look at how excited the Megan looks in the background.) :-)



My nephew Andrew. After spending 2 weeks with him - it made me SO excited to have a boy! And the Songers and Hales both need more boys!

Cool pic of Joey flipping into Willie Wonka's river o' chocolate. It must have rained not too long beforehand to make the river turn that muddy.

Every story has a beginning...

Joey and Katie first met in Mr. Hawkes 3rd grade class at Valley Elementary. They became good friends in Jr. High and best friends in High School. Katie wrote to Joey on his mission in Tiajuana and Joey wrote to Katie later on her mission in Tokyo. Years later at the ripe old age of 25, these best friends finally fell in love... or maybe just realized they were already in love. They got married on January 22, 2004.
