Could it be? Is this ... affection?

What happened? The baby who has always pushed us away and who seems relieved when we leave the room is missing. In his place is this new kid who is all about hugs and slobbery kisses. He can't seem to get enough. Maybe he's making up for lost time.

Well don't take it personally. But seriously, sometimes you two can be a bit much... but you always wear people down and then no one can help but love you both.

I mean look at Brent.

Atta boy, Luke! Maybe he wanted to be sure you were going to keep him no matter what.

So sweet! You guys are so great even the toughest manly babies break down eventually. My fav is where Lukey is kissing Joey back. Priceless!

Every story has a beginning...

Joey and Katie first met in Mr. Hawkes 3rd grade class at Valley Elementary. They became good friends in Jr. High and best friends in High School. Katie wrote to Joey on his mission in Tiajuana and Joey wrote to Katie later on her mission in Tokyo. Years later at the ripe old age of 25, these best friends finally fell in love... or maybe just realized they were already in love. They got married on January 22, 2004.

happy kids
